Kathy joined Chesson Partners in June, 1997 and serves as Director of Operations.   Her knowledge of product design, medical and financial underwriting as well as policy administration make her an invaluable asset.  Kathy and Earl work in tandem to build and cultivate purposeful solutions for each unique client situation.  Her tenacity combined with her high level of integrity have served her well in managing the multiple priorities inherent to working with affluent families, always safeguarding the confidential nature of the advisor-client relationship.

Kathy earned her BA degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She and her husband Manley have four children and two grandchildren, and reside in Hillsborough, NC.  Their love for children led them to become a licensed NC foster home in 2015 focusing on respite care for other foster families.  On the weekends, you’ll find her gardening, enjoying the beach or traveling to livestock shows where her children competitively show different species of livestock.
